Welcome to Dunham’s on Seneca Lake, a family owned lake house located in the heart of the Finger Lakes in Hector, New York.  We are open year round.  May through November features weekly rates during June, July and August and weekly, daily, and weekend or monthly rates during the shoulder seasons.**  Three comfortable bedrooms will accommodate up to eight adults.

** November through April can be made available as a monthly and/or seasonal rental.  Please contact us for specifics.

     

We have all the accomodations of home away from home:

Our living room is spacious and allows for comfortable lounging or conversation. A working fireplace warms the room on breezy nights.

Step outside to a large deck with table and chairs for outdoor dining and enjoying the sights and sounds of Seneca Lake. Just a short walk across the yard will take you to the beachfront and dock** where there is access to many activities including:

  • Swimming
  • Boat launch
  • Dock with room to sunbathe
  • Fishing
