Welcome to Dunham’s on Seneca Lake, a family owned lake house located in the heart of the Finger Lakes in Hector, New York.  We can be open year round.  Summer months feature weekly rates. Daily, weekend and weekly or monthly rates apply during the shoulder seasons.**  Three comfortable bedrooms will accommodate up to eight adults.

Our living room is spacious and allows for comfortable lounging or conversation. A working fireplace warms the room on breezy nights.

Step outside to a large deck with table and chairs for outdoor dining and enjoying the sights and sounds of Seneca Lake. Just a short walk across the yard will take you to the beachfront and dock where there is access to many activities including:
