From the North: (Geneva, NY) - Follow Route 96A South to Ovid, taking Routes 96/414 South to Lodi; follow Route 414 South for approximately 9 miles to right onto Peach Orchard Road.  Continue to a left on Park Avenue.  Merge onto Dunham Road at the foot of the hill.  Keep to the right to the back of the house.

From the North: (Seneca Falls, NY) - Follow Route 414 South for approximately 29 miles to right onto Peach Orchard Road.  Continue to a left on Park Avenue.  Merge onto Dunham Road at the foot of the hill.  Keep to the right to the back of the house.

From the South: Take the Southern Tier Expressway (Route 17) to Route 414 exit in Corning, NY or Route 14 exit in Horseheads, NY. Follow the respective routes North into Watkins Glen, NY.

From Watkins Glen, NY: Follow Route 414 North approximately 9 miles to left onto Peach Orchard Road.  Continue to a left on Park Avenue.  Merge onto Dunham Road at the foot of the hill.  Keep to the right to the back of the house.
